Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are very important to the O’Range team. We reserve your appointment just for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, therefore we respectfully request at least 24-hours notice for cancellations. This way, our team of professionals will be able to adjust their schedules accordingly and we may be able to accommodate clients on our waiting list.

We do, of course, understand that unavoidable issues come up and will do our best to work with you in case of an emergency, etc. However, if last minute cancellations or ‘no shows’ become a habit, you will be charged a cancellation fee.

Less than 24-hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of reserved appointment(s).

NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of service amount.

As a courtesy, we do call, text and/or email to confirm the date and time at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. If we are unable to reach you and only leave a message, or cannot reach you at all, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to avoid missed appointments and cancellation fees.

You are always welcome to call and double check any appointments if you’re unsure.

Refund Policy

All services are non-refundable but we are more than happy to schedule a corrective service free of charge.

The service must be a mistake from the service provider; not something you might have changed your mind (after the service has been performed).  In the event of a disagreement, a redo must be validated by management. You have 48 hours to contact the salon to receive a complimentary service to adjust any dissatisfaction.  Corrective services will not be allowed 5 days past initial service date.

It is important that you contact us as soon as you are unhappy, so that we can schedule you in ASAP for a corrective service. 

Please keep in mind, using box color or going from darker to lighter tones may result in more than one service to achieve your desired result.

Right to Refuse Service

O’Range Hairdressing reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to any member of our staff.

Privacy Policy

Privacy is important. We will never pass your information on to any third party. You can buy with confidence from O’Range Hairdressing.

What information will we be collecting?

We gather information from you when you register on our site, you may be asked to enter your name & email address, mailing address & phone number, we may also require credit card details for payment of orders.

What your information is used for?

Any information we collect from you may be used in the following ways.

  • To process transactions
  • To help us with our serve your needs & requirements
  • To personalize your experience when shopping with us.
  • Your information will never be sold transferred or exchanged.
  • Your information may be used for promotional activities that may benefit your purchasing with O’range Hairdressing, if you opt to join any newsletter or promotional options.
  • If for any reason you would like to unsubscribe from receiving emails, we will provide instructions of how to unsubscribe.

How do we protect your information?

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you make an order or enter any personal information.

After a transaction, your private information financial details, will not be stored on our servers.

Do we disclose any information to outside parties?

We do not sell trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you. so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising or other uses.

Product Policies

Shipping Policy

Please note we may not be able to deliver to a business if instructions are not clear/no P.O. boxes/our courier cannot deliver to an apartment letterbox. Our policy is to “deliver to front door”; the buyer must state clear instructions if it is to be delivered another way.

Delivery is currently New Zealand only. We strive to deliver within 5 days of order being placed.

Refund Policy

There must be a valid reason for us to refund purchases, and we will need proof that the product is unsatisfactory or not suitable.

Damages

We will replace any product damaged in transit, as long as we are able to see the damage (such as photos or to be sent back to us). any damaged product must be reported to us within 7 days.

The address you provide must be clear and include house/unit number, full street name, suburb, district and postcode.

Refunds

Please be certain of the products you select as we do not currently have a returns policy.
